Commission Structure:
1. Outright Purchase:
- A commission of 1% of the total property value is charged.
- Payment is due at the time of registration or possession, whichever occurs earlier.

2. Rental Agreements:
- For a 1-Year Agreement: A commission equal to 1 month's rent will be charged.
- For 2 to 3-Year Agreements: A commission equal to 2 months' rent will be charged.
